Brandon Smith
Brandon has spent much of his professional life figuring out what makes houses tick. He started in real estate appraisal in 2003 before transitioning into construction in 2014, bringing along a unique perspective on how homes are built, maintained and improved.
As Co-Owner of Bayshore Exteriors and a Florida Licensed General Contractor, Brandon focuses on business development and technical oversight. He enjoys the problem-solving side of construction, especially finding practical solutions to challenging projects. He believes good communication, quality workmanship and doing what you say you're going to do are the foundations of a successful project.
When he's not working, Brandon enjoys spending time with his family, offshore fishing, hunting, golfing and coaching youth baseball in the Tampa community.
